  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare Chex Mix: In a large bowl, mix Rice Chex cereal, mini pretzels, and pecans.
  3. Make Toffee Mixture: In a saucepan, cook brown sugar, butter, and corn syrup until boiling. Add baking soda, vanilla, and sea salt. Pour over Chex mix.
