Shrimp Filling:

- 24 wonton wrappers
- Small bowl of water for sealing

Instructions
- Mix the Filling: In a medium bowl, combine chopped shrimp, cream cheese, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
- Fill the Wontons: Place a wonton wrapper on a clean surface. Add about 1 teaspoon of the shrimp filling to the center. Moisten the edges with water, then fold and seal the wontons.
- Fry the Wontons: Heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C) in a skillet. Fry wontons in batches for 2–3 minutes until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- Serve: Enjoy hot with sweet chili sauce or soy dipping sauce.
