Description

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure it’s ready for roasting the cabbage steaks evenly.
  2. Prepare cabbage steaks: Remove the stems from the cabbage heads and slice each head into four thick steaks, about ¾ to 1 inch thick, to allow even cooking and a nice texture.
