  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 5–6 lemons)
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 4 cups cold water
  • 1 cup ice
  • Optional: peach slices, lemon slices, and mint leaves for garnish

  1. Blend ingredients: In a blender, combine the sliced peaches, lemon juice, and sugar. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy, ensuring all the fruit is pureed.
  2. Strain the mixture: Pour the blended mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher to remove any pulp or fibrous bits. Use a spoon to press and extract as much liquid as possible, resulting in a smooth lemonade base.
