French Toast:

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Caramel Base: In a small saucepan, melt butter, then stir in brown sugar and corn syrup. Cook until smooth. Pour into a greased baking dish.
- French Toast: Layer bread slices over caramel. Whisk eggs, half-and-half, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon. Pour over bread. Refrigerate overnight.
- Next morning, let dish sit, then bake at 350°F for 35–40 minutes until set. Serve with caramel spooned on top.
