- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
Coating:
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- crackers or sliced baguette for serving
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, chopped dried cranberries, orange zest, orange juice, and cinnamon until well combined and smooth.
- Transfer the mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap and shape it into a log. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Before serving, roll the chilled cheese log in chopped pecans and parsley, pressing lightly to coat all sides. Place on a serving platter and serve with crackers or sliced baguette.
Notes
- This cheese log can be made up to 3 days in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
