Cheese Log:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans

Coating:

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • crackers or sliced baguette for serving

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, chopped dried cranberries, orange zest, orange juice, and cinnamon until well combined and smooth.
  2. Transfer the mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap and shape it into a log. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  3. Before serving, roll the chilled cheese log in chopped pecans and parsley, pressing lightly to coat all sides. Place on a serving platter and serve with crackers or sliced baguette.
