Mint Layer:

Chocolate Ganache Topping:
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare the baking pan.
- Mix the brownie base: Melt butter, mix in sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Add cocoa, flour, salt, and baking powder. Spread in pan and bake.
- Prepare the mint layer: Beat together butter, sugar, milk, peppermint extract, and food coloring. Spread over cooled brownies.
- Create the ganache topping: Melt chocolate chips and butter, then spread over the mint layer. Chill before slicing.
