  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Mint Layer:

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk

  • a few drops of green food coloring (optional)

Chocolate Ganache Topping:

  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare the baking pan.
  2. Mix the brownie base: Melt butter, mix in sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Add cocoa, flour, salt, and baking powder. Spread in pan and bake.
