Instructions
- Cook the Noodles: Prepare lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the Stir-Fry: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Sauté garlic, then add bell peppers, carrots, mushrooms, and snap peas. Stir-fry until tender-crisp.
- Combine Ingredients: Add cooked noodles and optional protein. Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and pepper in a bowl. Pour over noodles and vegetables, mix well.
