  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar

  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease or line an 8×8-inch baking dish. Press cookie dough into the bottom to form a crust. Bake for 10 minutes.
