Description

This Hot Honey Ranch dressing is a flavor-packed twist on traditional ranch dressing. Creamy with a hint of sweetness and a kick of heat, it’s perfect for salads, as a dip, or drizzled over your favorite dishes.

Main Dressing:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk (more for thinning, if needed)
  • 2 tablespoons hot honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh chives (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, and buttermilk until smooth.
  2. Add the hot honey, lemon juice, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until fully combined.
  3. Stir in fresh chives if using. Taste and adjust seasoning or thin with more buttermilk as desired.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to blend.

Notes

  • Adjust the heat level by increasing or decreasing the amount of hot honey.
  • For a thinner dressing, add more buttermilk a tablespoon at a time.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
