Main Dressing:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup buttermilk (more for thinning, if needed)
- 2 tablespoons hot honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh chives (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, and buttermilk until smooth.
- Add the hot honey, lemon juice, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until fully combined.
- Stir in fresh chives if using. Taste and adjust seasoning or thin with more buttermilk as desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to blend.
Notes
- Adjust the heat level by increasing or decreasing the amount of hot honey.
- For a thinner dressing, add more buttermilk a tablespoon at a time.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
