Instructions
- Mix Yogurt: In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add Chocolate (optional): Stir in mini chocolate chips if desired.
- Layer: Line a pan with parchment paper, place half the graham crackers, spread yogurt mixture, top with remaining crackers to form sandwiches.
