- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
- 1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts (optional)
For Garnish:
- Maraschino cherries for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Mix Pudding and Pineapple: In a large mixing bowl, combine the instant vanilla pudding mix with the crushed pineapple and its juice. Stir until well blended and slightly thickened.
- Add Coconut and Marshmallows: Fold in the shredded coconut and mini marshmallows until evenly distributed.
- Blend in Whipped Topping: Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined and fluffy. Stir in the chopped macadamia nuts if desired.
- Chill and Serve: Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Before serving, garnish with maraschino cherries if desired.
Notes
