Bread and Spread:

  • 4 slices artisan sourdough or rustic bread
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

Cheese and Fillings:

  • 4 slices sharp white cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices gruyère cheese
  • 2 slices provolone cheese
  • 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup baby arugula

Instructions

  1. Prep the Bread: Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
