  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Cheesy Loaded Mashed Potatoes:

  • 2 pounds russet potatoes (peeled and cubed)
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices cooked bacon (crumbled)
  • 2 green onions (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the meats: Mix olive oil, garlic, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat chicken breasts and steaks with the mixture in a baking dish.
  3. Bake: Bake for 25–30 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F and steak is cooked.
  4. Make mashed potatoes: Boil potatoes until tender, then mash with butter, sour cream, and milk. Stir in cheddar, bacon, and green onions.
