Garlic Parmesan Chicken & Steak:
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 small ribeye or sirloin steaks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Cheesy Loaded Mashed Potatoes:
- 2 pounds russet potatoes (peeled and cubed)
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices cooked bacon (crumbled)
- 2 green onions (sliced)
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the meats: Mix olive oil, garlic, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat chicken breasts and steaks with the mixture in a baking dish.
- Bake: Bake for 25–30 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F and steak is cooked.
- Make mashed potatoes: Boil potatoes until tender, then mash with butter, sour cream, and milk. Stir in cheddar, bacon, and green onions.
- Serve: Plate chicken and steak over mashed potatoes. Garnish with parsley.
Notes
- For enhanced flavor, marinate the meats in the garlic mixture for up to 2 hours before baking.
