For the Chocolate Topping:
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
- Prepare the Bars: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Mix mashed bananas, oats, peanut butter, honey/maple syrup, vanilla extract, salt, and chocolate chips. Spread mixture in the pan.
- Add Chocolate Topping: Melt extra chocolate chips with coconut oil, then drizzle over banana mixture.
