Description

Everything Bagel Kielbasa Bites are a quick and easy 3-ingredient party appetizer featuring smoky kielbasa wrapped in flaky crescent roll dough and sprinkled with savory Everything Bagel seasoning. These bite-sized snacks bake to golden perfection in just 15 minutes and are perfect served warm with your choice of dipping sauces like honey mustard, spicy mayo, or ranch.

Ingredients

Scale

Main Ingredients

  • 24 oz smoked kielbasa, cut into 1-inch bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cans (8-count each) crescent roll dough
  • 2–3 tsp Everything but the Bagel seasoning

Optional

  • Small slices of cheddar or pepper jack cheese (optional, to add inside before wrapping)
  • Dipping sauces: honey mustard, spicy mayo, or ranch

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and make cleanup easier.
  2. Cut & Wrap: Slice the smoked kielbasa into 1-inch chunks. Unroll the crescent roll dough and cut each triangle in half. Optionally, place a small slice of cheddar or pepper jack cheese on each kielbasa piece before wrapping it in a half-triangle strip of dough, ensuring the dough is wrapped tightly around each piece.
  3. Season: Place each wrapped kielbasa bite seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle generously with 2 to 3 teaspoons of Everything but the Bagel seasoning, ensuring an even coating for flavor.
  4. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the crescent dough is puffed and golden brown.
  5. Serve: Allow the bites to cool slightly before serving warm with your favorite dipping sauces such as honey mustard, spicy mayo, or ranch for an irresistible party snack.

Notes

  • You can add a small slice of cheddar or pepper jack cheese inside each bite before wrapping for extra flavor.
  • These bites are best eaten fresh and warm but can be reheated in the oven to maintain crispness.
  • Feel free to experiment with different dips to suit your taste preferences.
  • Make sure to wrap the dough tightly around the kielbasa to prevent it from unraveling while baking.
  • These appetizers freeze well before baking; freeze wrapped bites on a sheet then transfer to a bag for later baking.
