- 1 pre-made graham cracker crust or crushed graham crackers for layering
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the crushed pineapple with its juice and the instant vanilla pudding mix. Stir until well blended and slightly thickened.
- Fold in the whipped topping, coconut, and chopped pecans if using.
