Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix brownie batter: Whisk melted butter and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, food coloring, and vinegar. Sift in cocoa, flour, and salt. Mix until just combined.
- Bake: Pour batter into pan, bake for 25–28 minutes. Let cool.
- Make frosting: Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, beat until fluffy.
- Finish: Spread frosting over brownies. Chill before slicing.
