- 1 cup heavy cream

- 1/2 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes (in oil, drained)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil (chopped, plus more for garnish)
Instructions
- Season the chicken: Coat the chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Sear the chicken: Brown the chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat.
