Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cook Sweet Potatoes: Boil sweet potatoes until fork-tender. Drain and slightly cool.
- Smash Potatoes: Flatten sweet potatoes with a glass or masher on a baking sheet.
