Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) to prepare for baking the chicken.
- Prepare the Chicken: Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness for uniform cooking. Set up three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mixture of breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat the Chicken: Dredge each chicken breast in the flour, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally coat thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing the crumbs to adhere well.
