Pizza Rolls

- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes to ensure it reaches the optimal temperature for cooking the pizza rolls evenly.
- Prepare Workspace: Lay out the egg roll wrappers on a clean surface and arrange the shredded mozzarella cheese, diced pepperoni, and any other desired toppings close by for easy assembly.
- Mix Seasonings: In a small bowl, combine the Italian seasoning and garlic powder to add flavor to the filling.
- Fill Wrappers: Place one egg roll wrapper on a flat surface, and spoon 2 tablespoons of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center.
- Add Toppings and Seasoning: Place a few pieces of diced pepperoni over the cheese, then sprinkle a pinch of the Italian seasoning and garlic powder mixture over the filling.
- Seal the Wrapper: Moisten the edges of the egg roll wrapper with water to help it stick, then fold one corner over the filling, fold in the sides, and tightly roll it into a log ensuring it is sealed completely.
- Repeat Assembly: Continue this process with the remaining wrappers and filling until all the cheese and toppings have been used.
