Chicken:

- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes (drained and chopped)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Chopped fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Season the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Sear the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear the chicken for 5 to 6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
