Chicken Mixture:

- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
Biscuit Topping:
- 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough, each biscuit cut into quarters
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Mix Chicken Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until well mixed.
- Add Biscuits: Gently fold in the biscuit pieces until fully coated with the mixture. Pour everything into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Add Cheese: Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese over the top.
- Bake: Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve: Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
