Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Mix cookie dough: Cream together butter and sugars, add eggs and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients separately, then combine with wet ingredients. Fold in apples and caramel bits.
- Prepare filling: Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
