Cajun Corn On The Cob:
- 4 ears of corn (husks removed)
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley and lime wedges for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Grill: Preheat grill to medium-high heat or heat a grill pan on the stovetop.
- Prepare Seasoning Mixture: In a small bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Season and Grill Corn: Brush the seasoned mixture all over the ears of corn. Grill the corn for 10 to 12 minutes, turning occasionally, until nicely charred and tender.
- Finish and Serve: Remove from the grill and brush with any remaining seasoning mixture. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with lime wedges if desired.
Notes
- You can also roast the corn in the oven at 425°F for 20 to 25 minutes, turning halfway through.
