Ingredients

Scale

Cajun Corn On The Cob:

  • 4 ears of corn (husks removed)
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley and lime wedges for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Grill: Preheat grill to medium-high heat or heat a grill pan on the stovetop.
  2. Prepare Seasoning Mixture: In a small bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Season and Grill Corn: Brush the seasoned mixture all over the ears of corn. Grill the corn for 10 to 12 minutes, turning occasionally, until nicely charred and tender.
  4. Finish and Serve: Remove from the grill and brush with any remaining seasoning mixture. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with lime wedges if desired.
