For the Alfredo Sauce:
- 1 lb cheese tortellini (fresh or refrigerated)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup grated Asiago cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Grilled Chicken: Season chicken with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook in olive oil until golden and fully cooked. Let rest before slicing.
- Cook the Tortellini: Prepare tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Make the Alfredo Sauce: Melt butter in a skillet, sauté garlic, add cream and milk, simmer. Add Asiago and Parmesan, whisk until smooth. Season with black pepper.
- Combine and Serve: Toss cooked tortellini in sauce, top with sliced grilled chicken. Garnish with parsley before serving.
